lineage 2 the second throne help needed

i am new to this site but just want to ask a couple of questions,
i am playing l2 in thailand and the language is in thai so it is not easy
to understand.
no 1 were can i find the blacksmith of mammoth
no 2 i have obtained giants codex and says take to a certain npc
but which npc do i go to,
if anybody can help me i would be most gratefull
