Hero skills,Cloaks

Well I would like to report two probs..

The first thing is that we cant put hero skills on our bar and its kinda irritating to have open the skills bar all the time..

And the 2nd thing..Some guys that were heroes and now they ain't if they were equiped with a cloak they can use hero skills (well I dont rly care cause still I am a hero so I can use em too ;p but for other guys that's a prob :p)

A suggestion..Would it be able to have all hero skills on our skill window without changing cloaks?

U Should not Post that ... the skills cant be putted on Skill bar ya .. and thats the way it is ..
and seccond About ppl with Out Glow hero and using cloack...is not a problem
Once one Dude lost the glow of hero ... he just can use just the only cloack he had allredy Equiped
if he dissarm it or Join Oly and Auto Dissarm they cant Put it back on .
